Of course he can. As much as he's hated 'round these parts, he's still a top 10 player in the league; can argue top 5.
Doncic ain't a guard and I'm pretty sure Steph is better than Dame, Irving and Donovan Mitchell. He is 36 it's an accomplishment he is still very good at his age.
Oh so now warrior fans hate advanced stats. Face it buddy if curry was playing at an elite level the warriors record would be better
Steph ain’t having a better szn than any of the guards you just mentioned. His defensive rating is currently the same as his offensive rating right now( which is terrible) And the warriors are not even a plus when he is on the court anymore lol
So the Warriors got better by Klay halving his shot attempts and Kuminga bullying Kerr to play him more.
Kuminga can very well become their Harrison Barnes… and if Curry isn’t slowing down anytime soon, they just need one more player since Klay isn’t as quick of a defender as he used to be.
vs. Damian, Kyrie and Donovan. https://stathead.com/tiny/jX2bp The only guard out of the 3 you could necessarily argue who's been "better" than Curry, is Mitchell. And I would argue that, if you put Curry on the Cavs and Mitchell on the Warriors, the Cavs would be better off while the Warriors would be worse off. Put him on the Mavs and Kyrie on the Warriors, same thing. Put him on the Bucks and Lillard on the Warriors, same thing. I'm so far from being a Curry fan, but don't let your Curry hate blind you. He's not washed as you say he seems to be.
Well said. If Curry wasn’t so loyal to Warriors, he could easily have joined Lebron and AD and easily win 3 or more championships.
LOL. He was talking about the death of their assistant coach. Guess we can figure out who you have on ignore, LOL.
Shai, Brunson, Mitchell, harden have all been better guards than curry this year Now you curry fans wanna ignore the advanced stats.. what happened
The warriors dynasty ENDED when Adam silver implemented the 2022 luxury tax rules. The warriors could no longer outspend other teams to championships. what you are currently seeing with the warriors the past 2 years have simply been them playing on the same playing field spending wise as the rest of the teams in the league Elite offensive engines are able to win in the regular szn no matter what type of talent is on the roster. No excuses for Stephen curry.. especially with the advent of the play-in tournament
