How about posting this in the random trade thread.

Hey, here's an idea. What about AB for Chris Paul? And what about Barry for Kobe? And what Von Wafer for Lebron? And what about Hayes for KG?

If AB wasn't in the rotation we would be under .500 this year.

We need Hayes and Brooks. I rather have Mutumbo for nothing.

I would say that next to Yao, Brooks is probably the 2nd most untouchable Rocket right now. Cheap contract, high potential, position of need... he's not going to get traded unless it's a package for an all-star.

Why would you give up a rising star like AB for a tool like Miller? Worst trade ever.

I would not be surprised if this trade or one like it has actually been talked about (the salaries definitely don't match so someone else would be involved).

Rick Adelman would love to have Brad Miller. Hell, he would probably rather have Brad Miller than Yao Ming. I can see him getting all googley-eyed at the thought of playing Brad Miller and Luis Scola together. They would give back more points on defense than they score...

Real dumb idea. Do you watch the games? Because I'm trying to imagine this team without A.B. and it's not pretty. Think Bobby Jackson.

Brad Miller would be great for our offense. Great shooter and passer. But he's not a great rebounder, and not a good defender. The Rockets would never do this trade. Maybe if they could include Francis instead of Brooks, though. That would be tempting.

It's much better, but I would still trade sf3 and head, then sign deke.

    deke + hayes >>>>> miller

OMG I can't believe how bad this is.

    AB on this team is:
The best player at creating his own shot.
The best slasher to the basket.
The best player off the bench.
The most consistent 3 point shooter (except for Von Wafer).
The only other real option at PG besides Rafer.
    The eventual starting PG.
Has single handedly helped the Rockets win a few games this season.

Can Brad Miller's positives outweigh that? Not even close.

if we can trade Hayes +Head + SF3 for Brad Miller, then we should do it, hate to see AB go. More realistically, get Mutombo
