Don't forget that the only reason the Jazz don't have a title is because Jordan was playing and the only reason the Rockets do have 2 titles is because one year Jordan wasn't playing and the next he was regaining his form. If Jordan had never left, the Rockets would be in the exact same boat as the Jazz.

Say what you will, there is still no way the Rockettes would have won if Jordan was still playing during those two years. They got lucky, end of story.

That is honestly the stupidest reasoning I've ever heard. Are all championships during seasons in which Michael Jordan did not play invalid? Does that really take away from Bill Russell's eight in a row? Magic's run during the 80's? I suppose I could see your reasoning for the first championship(Though, I would still like to see you explain why your Jazz did not win it), but the second championship was as legitimate as any. He had about 2 months before the playoffs to get back to form, and he was certainly back to form during the playoffs. His playoff stats that season were better than his playoff stats for any of the next three years(The second threepeat). I love this part. How about, "Don't forget the only reason the Rockets don't have four titles is because Larry Bird was playing, and he was a part of one of the greatest teams ever assembled." I respect the hell out of Jerry Sloan, and I think what he has done with guys like Shandon Anderson, Howard Eisley, and Matt Harpring is astounding, but I still hate the Jazz with a passion.
Don't forget, the only reason the Jazz don't have a title is because Hakeem was playing and they got their asses run in the playoffs by the Rockets two years in a row, and the only reasont he Rockets do is because they kicked everybody's ass, and the only reason why the Rockets didn't beat the bulls is because Jordan's Bulls got whipped in 1995 because their only post up threat, defender and rebounder, Horace Grant, was playing for the Magic. Don't forget any of that, ever. I hope as a Jazz fan you remember those years every time you think of the Rockets.
Like I said, if you guys put HALF this much energy into supporting YOUR team they'd not be 19th in the NBA in attendance. Utah's 8th. Rockets have done anything since 1995. It seems to me you're all stuck in a timewarp. Face it, the Rockets are only 5 games better than the Jazz (Rox have won 38, Utah 33). They're both in the same boat. If you can't see it, that is YOUR problem.

I respect the Jazz, especially their coach. However, it's not a good idea trying to make everyone here start liking the Jazz by starting a thread bragging. These are fans, and they hate the Jazz for what happened in the past. I don't think you should care if the Rockets fans hate your team. Mind your own business and cheer for your AK, while we have our Yao. Most Rockets fans don't hate Utah that much any more after Malone left. They are now the admirable underdogs doing the improbable if not impossible. Before you start a thread like this, many Rockets fans posted their own Utah praising threads. Now you came over and stirred up the Utah hating atmosphere once more. What's the point?
