Good nite Irene. LAC would give us a 2nd rounder if we'd take Kaman off their hands for expirings.

Depends on what you have to give up to get him ,but considering everyone on the board is saying his contract stinks I dont think he would work money wise......IT IS WRITTEN.

Do you guys even watch basketball or do you just look at his stats from this year? Chris Kaman is one of the best centers in the league when healthy. Yes, he has a history of injuries, but none as as serious as the ones for Yao. This guy averaged 16 pts/13 rebs/2.8 blks a game just 3 years ago. He's working his way up from an injury, so obviously he's not dominating right now. With the emergence of Blake Griffin and Eric Gordon, his offensive role is very limited. If you give this guy starter minutes (after his condition improves), he'll get AT LEAST 15 pts, 9 rebs, and 1.5 blks a game. This is exactly what we need....somebody in the middle that can pull rebounds, alter shots, and not be a stiff on offense.

One last thing....his contract is a bargain at $12 million per. Freakin Haywood signed a 6 year deal worth $55 million this summer.
