i feel that cuttino is worth more than marshell as a basketball player, but this is just my opinion. i mean marshell has been in the league for a minute now and hes only had two great seasons (one in utah, and this year in chi-town) where he has really flourished as an nba player.
munco - We're off topic but I'll ty to be brief. I absolutely agree that there are very not many. Especially factoring in your who "can play the role well?" comment. However, remember the old expression "necessity is the mother of invention"? I propose that there are some players with an adequate skill set that would fit leaving Steve at the PG. I will readily admit in advance that not all would be great and surely not all are do-able from salary perspective but here's the good, the bad, and the possible: Paul Pierce Walter McCarty (not sure on the handles...he's 6'10") Caron Butler Richard Jefferson Latrell Sprewell (I saw him do a solid job defending Kobe last game as well and the guy has handles...pricey though) Mike Miller Ty Nesby DerMarr Johnson (if he recovers fully...he wants to play this season!) Darius Miles (a change of scenery perhaps may help) Al Harrington Mo Pete Bobby Sura (maybe a little too short) Larry Hughes Marco Jaric (a real sleeper..I like his game a lot...he already plays PG & SG...if the Rockets ever do work a deal with the Clipps for Brand and he's a throw-in the league better look out IMO) Shawn Marion (probably to pricey...I'd love to watch him and Francis on the same team in a scrimmage) Bonzi Wells (maybe too short at 6'5")
no way. Cat just needs to adhere to his role on this team. For his sake, and teh Rockets...I hope he can.
donyell is pathetic; he's on the all washed-up team 1. van exel 2. eric snow 3. grant hill 4. donyell 5. stanley roberts
