I will go with the theory that if you are in a ditch hiding and a snake (CriscoKidd) were to scare you out of the ditch and you got shot (by me) in the middle of a battle, you are just as dead. Evil I am, yes. Much darkness there is in me, yes.

The funny thing is it wasn't even a typo. I thought about the spelling as I typed it, rethought it in my head once typed and still left it. I'm surprised I lasted this long.
I'm not using such slang as to avoid the subsequent fight that would be caused by a kill caused by it. I just put another bullet in your corpse from a thousand yards for "figgered".
