I think we ought to have a War on Witches again.

 

They are related because people who just want to pay for sex with a legitimate prostitute would be able to do it through a regulated provider. Then, manpower could be focused on people who operate underground as these are most likely the people who would be engaged in trafficking people against their will.

I agree. When the person is underage or forced to engage in this behavior, they are a victim and there is no place whatsoever for any tolerance of these activities.

Another very popular and cheaper method for adult males in America to pursue underage sexual partners is to cross the border into Mexico and have at it with girls as young as 10.

So it's a problem that should be dealt with in our society; it's similar to the drug consumption issue amongst American youths.
