If I had to put money on it, my money would be on Rich joining Charlie when his contract is up in March. But, no one knows anything at this point.

Wexler is a great guy and a freakin' sports encyclopedia. But, that "I just sucked in a balloon full of helium" voice is what got him knocked off the air in the first place. Might be tough for him to keep a radio job, unfortunately.

Interesting with Craig Roberts - he keeps making these snide comments to Capers. Example (paraphrased): "You should see Friday Night Lights coach, there's a lot of hard hitting in that movie. Maybe you could pick up a few of those guys."
Yea, and when Capers was talking about his college roommate who is coaching his AAA football team to a national championship 5 out of 6 years, Roberts responded with "How is he at calling an offense? You should hire him." Capers was laughing so I assumed that he and Roberts have some sort of background to be able to make jokes like this.
So Chance, was this some type of open audition for Roberts? I for one would love to see this guy land the afternoon time slot. Always been a fan.
He's been a guest before. I've heard him on with Jeremy many times when J Fizzle fills in for Vandermeer.
It's also been discussed at a much lower level. Chance, send me an email later. I had to do a clean install of Windows XP a week ago, so now my comp is better than ever, and my Winamp/Shoutcast is working like a charm.
