The prototype webpage is already up: http://www.chefscounter.com/main.html According to Barron's article in the Chronicle you can look for the "official" Pallilo announcement this week. http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/sports/2912629
Rome is staying Patrick will be gone in January. i'm sure i'll listen a bit out of curiosity the first few days...but no way i'm turning off lance and john in the morning.
VesceySux, Sport would maul Spuds and then dry hump him for good measure. You don't mess with a dog who drinks whiskey.
Congrats to Houston. Nothing wrong with a little competition! That's a good thing. 2 sports stations are better than 1. The greater the interest in sports the better.
So...Craig Roberts is scheduled to be on 610 today as a "guest" host...is this an audition? I hope so!
What time block? I would love to see this guy finally get his own show on 610! Word. Except during commercial breaks, then it's Stern time.
i hope at late night sportsradio610 brings back sporting news. espn radio is just plain terrible and especially with dan patrick.
At least you can finally get streaming audio thru 790... that should help those who got the craving for houston sports talk, but aren't in the city. I honestly will probably just listen to Charlie's show... provided they don't try and amp it up into something that's not all sports (which I doubt they'll do... but if he starts up w/ some new versions of the magnificient 7, or van-on... I can't say I won't be a little perturbed). The big question is... will Charlie be a mornin, drive-time, or evening guy?
