i've heard it said that Carr was responsible for X (i can't remember how many) number of sacks. there is no way you will ever convince me that David Carr was not responsible for even ONE of the sacks he took last season.

i'm not thrilled with any of them. see SamFisher's post above.

Im sure Carr is responsible for at least 1 sack...cause running out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage counts as a sack doesn't it? :p :D

Kubiak said Carr was responsible for 20 of the 68 sacks last year. Backs were responsible for something like 10 (can't remember that number exactly, but it was around 10). The line was responsible for well over half.

No doubt Carr bears a LOT of responsibility for the sacks he took last year, but I tend to see this as an overall offensive problem. The line sucked. The backs couldn't block. Carr ran scared way too much. There was one legit receiver and no TE. The passing offense was a freakin' disaster from top to bottom.

I don't think you understood Moe's post. He didn't say Carr wasn't responsible for any sacks, he said he wasn't officially credited for any. Therefore, an offensive lineman was charged with the sack instead of Carr.
