    that lady wasn't walking..she was driving and got triggered by the cute lil girl so she had to stop get down and do something about it

    Thanks @heypartner for bringing the context. It's a beautiful stretch of road there. Great photographic backdrop, and unlike some ritzy places there, it isn't locked behind some wall. As I understood it, there is an ordinance to require professional photographers to get a permit to shoot there because all the wedding photoshoots was getting to be a nuisance for local residents. You can't stop the amateurs from taking pictures of their babies there. Still, it's a sore point when amateurs do these elaborate shoots there -- bring furniture and stuff -- and I can understand locals being annoyed. This baby shoot did not look all that elaborate to me. But probably the lady had frustrations building over a long period of time. That doesn't justify anything of course. I'd say you probably shouldn't buy a house there if you can't tolerate the photographers. It's been a destination for decades. Pay the extra money to live behind one of those big beautiful walls.
