    I'm not asian.

    But I'm still going to vote for Jeremy Lin as the starting PG at the All-Star game ... because he's a Houston Rocket. #rednation

    If he is playing well enough to deserve being an all star, then he should be there. Winning a starting spot strictly due to Chinese popularity, is an embarassment more than an honor if he clearly doesn't deserve it.

    This. I have tons of exchange students at my school and they all wear Rockets jerseys or shirts (Yao, T-mac), but i'd bet heavily that they could not point Houston out on a map. I would even go as far to say that the Rockets logo maybe one the most recognized logo in China/Asia among American sports teams and marketing, next to the Yankees (thanks to Hedeki Matsui and Chien-Ming Wang). Now you've got Lin with the Rocket's. Great business move by Morey
