    I like Patterson but he is not the type of player you build around. Thompson is a tremendous athlete who came out early. Thompson is only 20 years old. Give Thompson some time remember Patterson is two years older.

    Being a fan does not require blind faith in the Gm. The main point is that the rockets are in the worst situation possible. The Rockets are stuck in the middle, no top 5 picks coming and no chance to win it all. Also no chance to sign a superstar free agent.

    Who cares who plays on other teams? Wow, the Bobcats have Kemba Walker and Bismack. Do either have more heart than Lowry? Do either have the work ethic of Scola? And who knows about the potential of our young guys...just because players were drafted in the top 10 doesn't mean they are going to be stars. Outside of Chase, none of our young guys have had much playing time. I understand you like getting attention on these boards with your "polarizing" comments about how "terrible" the Rockets are, but seriously be a Rockets fan or stop posting.

    Being critical of the Rockets does not mean that I am not a rockets fan. I want what is best for the Rockets, thats what makes me a fan. I am not a Morey fan or a moneyball fan, I am a fan of the Rockets
