I was thinking the same. And its not based off this game. I've liked savage since he played Colts 2 years ago and gor hurt.

 

I can't stand the "safe" attitude of the Texans. Playing it safe, always.

 

Yet another missed tackle

 

I've been watching a lot of preseason games the past few days and we look like one of the worst, unprepared teams.

 

Drummond isn't very impressive

 

So many of these guys on defense won't make the team. The playcalling is what i'm more interested in.

 

If that's the case this team is ****ed.

 

But still better than when they played the Cardinals a couple years ago.

 

Judging play calling in preseason is a bit tricky because the goals aren't the same as they are in the regular season. In preseason sometimes you are just calling plays for evaluation purposes rather than making calls to move the ball.

 

It sucks that we haven't been able to set up any FGA's

 

My concern this year is how well we start the season. The OB era has been two seasons of slow starts, followed with finally getting things together to end the year.

We cant afford that this year...the schedule is set to take advantage of those early games.

Some of you are the worst posters on Clutchfans. I'm basing that on reading just a few posts but that's all the sample size needed to draw a conclusion, right?

Valid criticism. I've been critical of how unprepared the team started the season last year and if they do it again, it's 100% on BOB

 

Am I missing something? Who is making any conclusions about this team or the players? People are just making comments on what they see so far.
