I blame OP for all the losses. He was supposed to be updating this every week.

Wow, I know he had a very good game, but I thought it would be at the +6-8 point range.

Foster has always ranked low in this and it doesn't make sense to me.

He doesn't break a lot of tackles, but he doesn't have to

Yeah, I get the feeling that since Foster doesn't get touched they chalk it all up to blocking. I don't think there is anyway to properly measure his insane vision and patience. Just because a hole is there doesn't mean every back would hit it.

Im not sure how they grade him, but they are doing something wrong. The scoring isnt just based on if he's been touched or not...its the grader watching the tape and scoring each play based on how he perceives Foster playing. Therefore, that should easily take into account vision and patience. I think two or three people watch each game so that it evens out any bias or grading that wasnt accurate.

For Foster's two long runs, he should have at least scored a +2.0 total for those runs, if not +2.5. As for the rest of the game, I didnt analyze him close enough...maybe he missed on some runs that could have been longer, not sure.

From what I have seen, they count broken tackles and yards after contact. They usually mention those when an RB gets a high grade.

Well, no doubt, that will get you some extra points, but there is no reason for Foster to be getting a negative grade because he didnt break tackles.

Yup... If that was the case Blue would be looking like an all world RB...

The numbers never lie ----> except when they do...

I say the same thing when you throw numbers around for Fitzpatrick... "But they are doing something wrong."

Im referring to having to break tackles to get a good grade...

And Fitzpatrick has not been the worst QB in the NFL...or even close to it.

Exactly...hasnt been remotely close to worst QB...which is what a few adamantly claim on a weekly basis.

He was never expected to be the best QB in football...or anything remotely close to that either...so he's been exactly as advertised...mediocre.

I know what you're referring to... Your eyes tell you Foster is better than what those numbers say.

Well I never said he was the worst... What I said was if he's the 1st worst quarterback or 5th-7th worst quarterback what difference does that really make... Lol... And the only reason he's not the worst is because Foster is the one carrying the offense.

    D.J. Swearinger, S: +3.8

Breakdown: The second year safety has made a name for himself as a hard hitting player but it was his work in coverage that gave him his best grade of his career. This owed to some playmaker that saw him grab a pick and break up another pass.

Signature Play: 2Q 2:01. Swearinger is able to undercut the out route by Delanie Walker and collect the turnover.

    Brandon Brooks, G: -4.1

Breakdown: Not one of his better outings. Subpar with his run blocking and worse with his pass protection. Brooks gave up 4 quarterback hurries as he was unable to deal with the speed and power of Jurrell Casey.

Signature Stat: Brooks Pass Blocking Efficiency of 92.7 was the 6th lowest of any guard this week.

    Kareem Jackson, CB: +2.4

Breakdown: After a shaky 2013 Kareem Jackson looked back to his 2012 best against the Titans. Jackson was targeted six times for three catches and 20 yards with two pass defenses and a third nullified due to a holding call.

Signature Play: 2Q 7:36. As Justin Hunter works his
