David Boston playing ironman and a pothead kicker for us. The kicker hadn't attempted an FG all season and used to sing Bone Thugs N' Harmony on the game bus for the whole trip.
This is pretty depressing... I think it sucks because we had such high expectations for the Rockets and Texans, well atleast I did.... Hopefully things will turn around soon for us. Houston deserves a winner Hire Gruden, Rich owner and Turn the damn thing around Rockets!
The Rockets are closer only because they play in a league that lets more teams in the playoffs than it excludes. In terms of being a true contender, I'm not sure one is any closer than the other. In fact, you can argue that the Astros have found the bottom already and that, at least, makes them closer. I think everything the rest of the teams are selling us is absolutely fool's gold.

I haven't lived in Houston since 1995. And I've been sticking with my Houston teams that I grew up with ever since. I have not yet wavered. But, it's getting pretty hard.
Damn I miss college football. Aggies have turned it around. TCU...is well, TCU. Rockets...bleh. Astros....not surprised.
