Houston Significant Sites, Murals and Locations

What are places you think represent Houston?
    Places to send the Tourist?
Places to use to advertise the city to other people.

Have them get Pikmin Bloom. All landmarks are marked with giant flowers.

Great place for science nerd tourists. @KingCheetah

My buddy brought his engineering student nephew here from MN and the kid geeked out over the refineries and needed some private time after NASA.

It is cliche but the water wall in galleria is cool for foreigners. They like the galleria too.

The newer post oak complex by tilman stuff is nice for them.

Drive down memorial from 610 to downtown. They like the skyline at night.

They like kemah.. forrest gump vibes with the boats. It's true the refineries look cool.

I mean NASA in general obviously does some great things. I have friends that work there. I still feel like what you get when you visit that place should be much better than it is.

Agreed. I’m old enough to predate Space Center Houston and remember touring actual NASA as a kid. That was some awesome stuff.

You probably feel the same way about Kemah.

You don't come for the walking and sightseeing.

You come for the food to get fat and lazy.

The company that sculpted these seems to be @I-10 and US-59. They're location is really viewable driving the I-10 eastbound to US-59 southbound ramp
