I dont understand all this 2pat hate. I mean hes under performed yes to our standards. But he was drafted 14th overall 2 years ago. 14TH OVERALL 2 YEARS AGO! Hes suffered a foot injury, and I dont know about you guys but when you come off a injury you just dont feel 100% mentally and physically. He used to be a high riser, post up player when he first entered. With coaching changes, injuries you guys just bash him constantly giving him no time to prove himself. Same with the Lin haters, yes im ranting but im just going to say it, Steve Nash didnt come close to producing the same numbers as Lin. Im not saying Lin is nash or better then nash. But damn give him a couple of damn years. This isnt High School ball, this isnt college ball, they are playing against the best players, best coaches and they are still freaking babies. They are producing above and beyond my expectations. Stop talking ($*@&$ about Patterson and Lin. Im done
I think Pat's jumpshot is a think of beauty. The coach's playing him to his strengths of late have allowed him to get in the offensive flow, get his range and in a rhythm. The games where he struggles is when he just hangs around the 3 point line, disinterested in moving without the ball & when he is not passionate about rebounding. He is young and his skills would be a perfect fit on the Miami Heat, but we don't have a LeBron or Wade to put with our Harden yet. Btw: his rebounding is terrible & I've tweeted him about, but the kid has a ton of skills that could see him excel in this league. I admit that I would've kept Jordan 'Mr Double Double' Hill for his rebounding & defence, but the team knew which direction it was going, and kept the right guy for the offence that we are running now.
Patterson has been much better than Lin this year, yet the community doesn't seem to have problems finding Lin highlights.....every game.
