Houston Rockets jersey cut (rant)

My rule for buying Rocket's jerseys is: I only buy jersey's of players if they are definitely Houston Legends, and no matter what happens going forward they'll always be Houston legends.

For example:

They're the only 2 Rockets jersey's I have. I use the same rule in football, the only Texans jersey I'll buy is Andre's

 

No matter how you cut them, we have some of the absolute worst jerseys in sports.

 

I agree that the jerseys need to change, especially the lines on the arms and legs. Most importantly, the font needs to go back to the old style. I believe it was a custom made font but I got real close with Microsofts "Haettenschweiler" font italicized. Looks good to me.

 

unfortunately our current jerseys are heavily inspired by World Basketball (namely European) fashion i.e. v neck and shoulders to appeal to the World market. Especially since they were designed with the first #1 international draft pick in mind, Yao Ming.

just remember, they were a natural evolution from pajamas featuring a flying cartoon dildo.

 

The cut reminds me of a WNBA jersey.

It's absolutely terrible.

 

Yea the replicas are so bad its funny. There were some old style championship era jerseys on ebay with #13 Harden that someone stitched up. They were clean.
