The program is called Theme Builder and it's bundled with the Plazmic Content Developer's Kit. It's kind of a pain to download because you have to register for it, and then there are a couple of different programs that you have to have to complete the install. The extension file is .cod.

Apparently, this is the program you need to make custom themes on your Tilt.

I don't think so. It's for an 8310 Curve. Might work on an 8300 or 8320, but that's it I think.

    1) Download the zip file to your pc of the theme you want.

    2) Unzip the theme to a folder or your desktop

    3) Connect your BlackBerry to your PC with the USB cable (comes with phone)

    4) Open Desktop Manager (part software that came with phone)

    5) Open your App Loader (part of Desktop Manager, which you just opened)

    6) Click the "add" button

    7) Add the ".cod" file of the new theme you want installed

    8) Click "next" until you're finished

Seems like more work than it really is. Takes about 20 seconds once you get the hang of it.
