if Ime didn't rightly mind his business: "The Lakers have a player like Dalton Knecth who could be averaging 15 on most teams and he can't get a game for the Lakers."
What I’m understanding is that if the Warriors beat the Clippers tomorrow, they will face the Lakers in the 1st round of the playoffs. If they lose, they will be in the play in and assuming they win that game, will face the Rockets in the 1st round!
Any team will try hard to avoid the play in. It's very risky to put the season on a one-game series. Anything can happen in one game. If they lose the first play in and win the second, they'll be the 8th seed and face OKC.
This is correct because we're assuming the T-Wolves beat the Jazz Sunday. If the Jazz somehow win (which won't happen), Warriors will finish #6 no matter what.
[I posted this in the other thread also] Three of the four meaningful games are very predictable, leaving only one competitive game. Rockets will have a very dangerous first round opponent. 100% chance T-Wolves will beat the Jazz 100% chance Grizzlies will beat the Mavs Highly likely Rockets will lose to the Nuggets The only real contest tomorrow is Clippers @ Warriors. The loser hosts and probably beats the Grizzlies in the #7 vs. #8 game. If the Clippers win, #1 Thunder #2 Rockets #3 Lakers #4 Nuggets #5 Clippers #6 T-Wolves #7 Warriors #8 Grizzlies If the Warriors win, #1 Thunder #2 Rockets #3 Lakers #4 Nuggets #5 T-Wolves #6 Warriors #7 Clippers #8 Grizzlies
https://www.houstonchronicle.com/sp...udoka-stone-rebuild-nba-playoffs-20267385.php How much will Houston’s playoff performance dictate the front office’s moves this summer? “Probably a little bit but not a lot,” Stone said. “I’m definitely a believer in getting a lot of information and the playoffs will tell us a little bit about our team but 82 games tell you a lot. … Every big intense game tells us a little bit more than just an average game but it’s still just a game or series, and definitely not the case where you want to let a small sample size overwhelm a big one.”
If it's Golden State, game will probably be on a lil earlier maybe 2:30 or 5 pm start because the league would want to showcase Curry early on a Sunday
That’s a shame. This team seems to struggle in afternoon games. We didn’t play too many but I think we may have a losing record.
