Not that it really matters... http://www.nba.com/gameline/rockets/ Jonathan_Feigen Rockets home games tip off moved up to 7 p.m. This is all just a big tease.
If there'll be a season our first game will be vs. Utah Nov. 1. At Sacramento the next day. Home opener Nov. 4 against the Jazz. One game on ESPN: Nov. 9 @ Philadelphia One game on ESPN2: Nov 25. @ Minnesota Four games on NBATV: Dec. 10 vs. OKC, Jan. 4 @ LAC, Jan. 30 vs. MIA, Feb. 8 vs. POR. http://www.nba.com/gameline/rockets/
so the rockets come out to LA at the beginning of the year for a back to back in staples thats the latest they've come out to LA usually they will have played one game in LA in nov and 2 in december... of course i find this all moot anyway
If things go well (not holding my breath) and the lockout ends on time, those two utah openers are good motivation for players to get ready for the beginning of the season.
December 3-16 is going to be brutal. Dec. 3 @ CHI Dec. 6 vs. LAL Dec. 9 @ SAS Dec. 10 vs. OKC Dec. 12 @ MIA Dec. 14 vs. CHI Dec. 16 @ MEM

Even as our roster sits right now, that beginning part of the season looks very favorable. Though it does pick up as it goes.
November looks favorable, even with all of those road games to begin the year. December looks brutal...
So at what point would they have to miss games? Anyone have an estimated date? While Stern could attempt to compress season like they did after the last lockout (resulting in craziness like teams playing 3 consecutive days), I would presume a lockout lasting until the end of September would necessitate the loss of at least some games. And yes, I realize that any consideration of a resolution to this stand off prior to November is literally a pie in the sky
The chance to watch NBA games on Nov.or Dec. is so low, so I really do not care what kind of the schedule they put it over there right now. If we are lucky, we may see a few games starting on Feb.or no games at all for whole season.
