you guys know i'm a pretty straight-laced guy...family guy...pretty conservative. reading the press to me is like a journey into an unknown land. i'm like, "this is houston?? seriously??? this stuff actually goes on??" kinda funny...off topic, though. sorry! GO ROCKETS!

I don't read the Houston Press very often, but this article on Texas Barbecue is really good. Talks about "Black" barbecue vs "white" barbecue and the history of Texas barbecue in general.
