Actually, you more likely to kill your spouse and kids with a gun than protecting yourself from a burglary or home invasion. Some people just shouldn't have access to guns. I say this as a person who owns more guns than even the average Texan. However, this is the price we pay for our freedom.

 

About 328 million more people. Now we have millions violent criminals, people with anger issues and mentally ill toting and packing guns.
