Coogs are doing a LOT better than I expected ... if not for those 3 early turnovers they should have been up 10 points now.

Had em on the ropes and Briles got cute and let Keenum throw.

Dumb move, now a 14 point swing in Oregon's favor.

    Special teams gaffe.

    7 more points for Oregon.

    We're awesome at beating ourselves.

    Classy.

    Alridge's run was poetry.

    Oh wait, make that runs.

It's almost like a broken record. Ever since Art Briles started coaching this team, it has been the same thing every year. Woulda, coulda, shoulda. Stupid mistakes. Just think, we could be on the verge of defeating Oregon if not for 4 turnovers.

Total yards so far: HOU 484, ORE 360
Passing yards: HOU 198, ORE 117
Rushing yards: HOU 286, ORE 247
Total plays: HOU 72, ORE 48
Time of posession: HOU 25:39, ORE 17:43
    Score: HOU 27, ORE 41

Briles teams make some mistakes...but do you really think we would be competing for 3 quarters with the likes of Oregon on the road with say a Kim Helton on the headset.

I wouldn't trade Briles for anything right now.

I can stomach throwing a game away, it grinds my gears, but we're still going to dominate CUSA.

Yeah, Oregon looks terrible. I mean, they look one dimensional and sluggish.. they are going to get rolled in the Pac 10..

Alridge had a damn good ball game today... I give credit where credits due but I don't think Chauncey Washington or any other back on USC is going to run like Alridge did today against the Ducks. Either way Houston is a lot better than I thought. Good game.

Oregon made big plays and stepped up on both ends of the ball including great special teams plays. Real one dimensional right....

Same mistakes year after year for the Coogs. Horrible Defense, can't tackle, poor special teams, stupid penalties, costly turnovers, and bad snaps. I wouldn’t they are a lock win CUSA because they have to go to Tulsa and play which will be tough because Graham is a hell of a coach.

    Not really.

I'd be pissed off if I were an Oregon fan, this game does not bode well for yall.

The defense was left out to dry when the offense kept turning the ball over and leaving points on the field.

They did as well as could be expected, although a turnover or two and some more fundamental tackling from the secondary would have been nice

We are in great shape to run the conference.

Other than the blocked punt, I don't think the offense left the defense out to dry. All the turnovers where when the Coogs where in Oregon territory.
