It is pretty much nessecary to wear this on a shirt the entire time any Houstonian is in Dallas from now on.

The dude who threw that beer at you is just as out of bounds as Finley was..

 

Dallas Mavs = 0 Championships, 0 Hall of Famers, gotta love that.

Yea thats for sure i bet a couple of "Bubs" would be down there in the slammer wearing some Houston throwbacks I wonder what "Bubs" would do to him. And Dallas sucks anyways theyve had good seasons from 00-01-05 season, they just got good and before this they were equivalent to the clippers even when they had A JASON KIDD and A YOUNG JIMMY JACKSON any Dallas fan that thinks we suck clearly knows know basketball the Mavericks used to be an embarrassment to Dallas the people from Dallas used to hate the Mavericks always bad talking them, but times change and Houston still has 2 championships and has been to the finals 2 other times oh hey Dallas have you ever been to the finals; oh yeah no Dirk couldnt get you there in '03.

 

I am a Houstonian that lives in Dallas too. Let me tell you that Dallas sports fans are the most fickle, fairweather fans on the planet. You cannot pay someone to say they are a Mavs (or Cowboys) fan if they are losing. But when they win, boy, everyone is and has been a fan all their natural born lives.

After Cuban shakes up the roster again and again, and they get into a rebuilding mode, they will all crawl back under their rox, and there will be no more drinks being thrown in faces.

Also, just a little reminder.....they do have championship envy here. They also have some bitterness at having been BAD for over a decade.

 

What was that guy thinking. Avery friggin Johnson was the guy who went after a ref and badmouthed the officiating at the beginning of the series. Not to mention Mark Cuban is the biggest cry baby in the league.

I would have jacked that guy's jaw after he threw the drink in my face. It's pretty much self defense at that point. He'd go to jail and get an azz whuppin.

I know its been said, but major props to you KHimma.

For myself, I can tolerate verbal abuse, but if anything physical happens to me I'd snap and I'd either get a huge ass whuppin or spend the night in jail for assault and battery.

So once again, major major props on your self control because it's something I don't know if I could have done myself.

Also, this brings up a point about Dallas that I noticed myself. Dallas is always, at least to me, been touted as a hoity toity you'd have to be someone special to live here and I've always thought it was a glamorous town. But when I finally went there to visit my friend, a life long rockets fan who moved to south lake, they were infact very classless. To a point where they called my friend's family a bunch of hobos and bums and ghetto because they lived in a house half the size of theirs. My friend's house is over 2400 sq ft.

Agh. Sorry had to rant. I do not mean to stereotype all Dallas citizens.

 

I say, "Dallas fans, can't live with 'em, can't shoot 'em with a shotgun."

Something like that were to happen to me I would ask the woman for her mase and then go spray him in the face then punch the hell out of him.. and would say on the way out "Yeah it's a cheap shot, but talkin trash about my team is too!" then I would spit on him and leave...

 

Yeah, I hate Dallas more now.

 

The only Championship banners hanging in the America Airlines Center were won in Reunion Arena by the Stars.

Remember friends, in the NBA anything Dallas does... Houston did it first.

is anyone else remember dirk's yelling at his own teamates and acting like a "crybaby" during the phx series??? the guy should pay attention to his own team before he makes a comment like that
