Y'know what I wouldn't even take it that far....I am near death after someone thought it would be a great idea to bring in Smush Parker while our team is trying to build chemistry and make the playoffs.

And can you believe somebody else suggested bringing in BOTH Smush AND Ricky Davis, who's career destiny is to score 10-15 points/game on pathetic teams. These guys are on the 1st team All-NBA Fruitcake squad.

I agree but we did bring in Bonzi although the price was right in that case.

If Morey, for whatever reason, trades to get Smush Parker, I will literally tear my mind out. Somebody needs to put a gun to Morey's head and say 'Look Morey, just because Riley is taking you out to dinner at the Grand Hyatt every day doesn't mean you have to trade for Parker."

I know Morey is not that fool to get Smush in our team.

If Morey trade for SP, I'll stop following the Rockets.
    MJ>>SP=useless trash, SF>>SP=useless trash, RA>>>>>>>>SP=useless trash

If Morey traded for Smush Parker without getting Udonis Haslem, can we get CD back?

Smush Parker is an homeless-man-version of Rafer Alston.
He is an upgrade over Alston?
Just ask any Lakers fan. Not only he is not a good shooter, he shoots the ball everytime he gets it and he is not willing to defend his own man.
you know whats the worst thing about him? he has an attitude eventhough he is just a scrub.

The real question about your trade: Is Pat Riley on crack?

We give up one piece of garbage owed $18MM + one marginal rotation player while Miami gives up one piece of garbage owed only $5MM + one very good player.

Haslem for Scola? Not worth it. He looked like a promising young player a couple years ago, but he hasn't improved at all since then. He's a good finisher, a mediocre jump shooter, and a decent but overrated defender. No post up game. And he isn't a workhorse on the offensive boards like Scola or Chuck.
