Drop of the Creator is a new distillery in Meyerland. Do spirits and have a cocktail bar (ahem, "tasting room"), and I know they make beer too though they don't bottle it. But you can visit the bar and try their beers there.

We went this route, I preferred Great Heights drink selection, but we both liked Walking Stick's atmosphere. Ended up taking him to Rainbow Lodge afterwards for Chicken Fried Veal. Paddleboarding the Bayou tomorrow morning!
