The gist is a decline in drinking lead by Gen-Z, and yo-yoing trade policies are negatively impacting supply costs and supply consistency. We went this route, I preferred Great Heights drink selection, but we both liked Walking Stick's atmosphere. Ended up taking him to Rainbow Lodge afterwards for Chicken Fried Veal. Paddleboarding the Bayou tomorrow morning!
