    Don't know if it was exposed so much as a really bad fit. Herman's us against them, wall off the city, underdogs with something to prove style just did not match up to the UT pampered, blue blood, I belong here, five star athelets.

    We need to start an NIL booster fund and pay every player a stipend, like TTU is doing.

    Eff the facilities, go hard on direct player compensation in recruiting. Money talks.

    If I heard correctly, Big 10 is considering revenue sharing. That is, part of the conference revenue goes to player salaries.
    I see that as the future for all.

    It very much is. But I think they're gonna drag feet on making players official employees as long as they can.

    I like it, now the future looks bright for UH, other teams have been paying top recruits for years. The tide will turn with big city money to be made for local kids.
