Alabama is the best team in the nation...and if they get a rematch...they will prove it. **** a kicker.
jalenrose Jalen Rose Forget the system talk...so far...Houston QB Case Keenum=Heisman Trophy Winner! #NCAA
http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/191981/case-keenum Case's stats are just insane. And no, I don't mean total numbers, I mean things like efficiency, qb rating, td-int, completion %, etc. This is a different team. In 2009, we threw the ball over 700 times. So far this year? Only 428 times... this is a much more complete team, and Case is a much more complete player. If he doesn't get an invite to NY, it'll be a travashamockery.
McCarron played great against Arkansas. I know LSU beat us. ...but we were the better team in that game, no doubt.
I agree, but only the scoreboard matters. I'm OK with a rematch. It's only right the two best teams play. IMO, no team has distinguished itself enough to supplant Alabama as the 2nd choice for the championship game. If Oklahoma State or Oregon didn't lay eggs last week, we would have a real debate on our hands. But it's over.

I don't think it will be Michigan. It will be the loser of Mich State and Wisconsin or Alabama if they don't make the NC game.
With either Mich St. or Wisc I think they have a shot. Both teams have been upset by mediocre teams, Ohio St and Notre Dame.
