See I like Rice, I try to root for them when they play non-UH teams. I am proud to have a school of that academic caliber in my city.

I even find Rice women attractive because I think brains are sexy.

Isabel, the Drake and KevC represent your Alma-mater well....as far as your posting here goes, well I guess every serious academic institution needs a little comic relief. Harvard has hasty pudding, Rice has you pretending to be rich and significant.

Texans likely to win division. Coogs with a lot of national attention.

I think if we are to win out, with wins over Tulsa and a top 20 Southern Miss, that we could pass Boise in the rankings - although if we win out, we are in BCS, so we control our own destiny.

UH vs Clemson would be interesting. High scoring no doubt. Bama on the other hand... that could get ugly. Either way, UH just being in a BCS game is a huge success for the program on many fronts.

Eh I think Boise is out completely. They lost their chance. That was the only test they had this year and they failed it.

If UH wins out, they will get a BCS bowl for sure.

Only way Boise goes to the BCS is if TCU drops its final two games. Chances of that are.. less than stellar.

Clemson is about the best matchup they could hope for. They definitely don't want Alabama.

If I'm worried about winning, give me Clemson in the Orange Bowl.

If I'm worried about having fun, give me Bama in the Sugar Bowl.

Bama vs. Houston would be clash of styles. Lot's of interest in that one.
LSU vs. Houston. for all the Marbles
Oregon vs. Houston. This is more about the mascots revenge. Possibly interesting game.
    Stanford vs. Houston. Heisman Showdown.
    Oklahoma vs. Houston. Pretty interesting.
OSU vs. Houston. Rematch. Scoring freak show. Less interested, but would still be good tv.
V.Tech vs. Houston. Snore fest. But I'll be watching.
Arkansas vs. Houston. Snore fest. But I'll be watching.

I'd love to get the Sugar Bowl because it'll be really easy to get there. I'm not fine with facing the Tide. That will be scary.

True. Keenum is very good but I think he'd be pressured way too much to accomplish much, hurting his draft stock... But I'd love to see him prove me wrong haha.

Clemson or Stanford would be cool

Bama and V,Tech would be competive ,physical , ass-whippins....

Agreed...I was hoping to jump Boise St, but if they win out, it'll take care of itself as SMU beat TCU so we need to absolutely kill SMU...that and beating a ranked opponent say, Southern Miss will help...But was have to take care of SMU, Tulsa first..

Houston controls their destiny and just need to win each of the next three games, one game at a time..It'll be really cool to see UH on college game day...

    Go Coogs!!!
