you never know. he could kill it in camp. they wouldnt sign a guy on who stands NO chance. I just hope we aren't done "re-modelling" - at the risk of sounding like a stuck record - we still lack depth at the bigs.
I guess my hunch about him was right. I saw him with Novak over at the Procity league last night and wondered why he was still in town and if he was going to sign.
guys i got this <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/FpEPl_qEh7U"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/FpEPl_qEh7U" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
It supposedly has improved a lot - was pretty good in Summer league. When I watched him shoot at TC he stroked it really well in drills from the 3p line and just inside the 3p line - shot after shot. He was receiving passes from the coach, stepping up, or dribbling and stepping up and hitting one after the other. My guess is he hit about 95% of his shots. But then, Boki did too when he worked out for Rudy. Pre-season against NBA competition will tell more of the story.
Per Chris__ Rocket: "Rox has too many guards now." Agreed, but some not worthy of the NBA We need a banger down low
wishful thinking, my friend. Azubuike is probably little more than training camp fodder for Luther to take to school...but we can always hope.
If they are going out, then the Rockets must be really optimistic about our rookie signings to replace the loss of Head and Howard. Personally I don't hope that they won't go but if it's for the best for the team............
I hope Luther and Juwan didn't buy homes here, or don't have long-term leases. Not that they're gonna go broke when we trade them.
