Maybe. I don't profess to know - I simply am not privy and all i can do is judge from what these guys say to the media and what i see on the court.

I see potential on the court - and the media stuff clearly none of it has been very accurate from anyone to date.

    So I just don't know.

LOL, how many times have we gone through this?

It would be hilarious if he suits up tonight. Gosh, this is ridiculous. I'm not believing anything right now.

Better trade with Kings, at least take back Martin which's good enough comparing with others

So how is not letting him play the next two games going to help?

Stop making sense. Didn't you know the sole purpose of this thread is to bash the guy and act like he is yesterday's garbage?

Because a decent trade proposal must already be on the table

This is absurd. You have two professionals in Rick Adelman and Daryl Morey. Both guys are two of the best in the business. They are not going to do anything to hurt their chances of bringing talent to the organization. If Tracy wants to go rogue or force them to send him home that's on him. I would imagine the fact that they are not trying to keep this quiet means a deal (or several) are already in place.

I will celebrate when McGrady is gone and this team has a roster that no longer has one player who thinks he is above the franchise. You can follow your boy to whatever team picks him up, McGrady fan.

Distractions like this are so stupid...

Yeah, Tracy didn't have to say he wanted more minutes (God forbid he wants to play basketball now that he can...), but do we have to put him in timeout?

They're treating him like some kind of child...the whole situation is stupid and they should just get rid of him. It's obvious that there is some beef between the two parties and that it's not ever gonna work out, they're never going to see eye to eye and they're probably never going to get along.

Let him go for his good, but more importantly, for the good of the Rockets.

    Just my take.

I hope it is a big trade. I am banking on Morey's ability to get more than peanuts out of TMac.

So basically the situation is this:

    1) The Rockets and Tracy agree to a schedule for his comeback.
    2) Tracy gets worried about his contract year and decides he isn't happy with the agreement that he made with the Rockets in respect to the timetable and minutes.
    3) Being tired of having a whiny little b**** on the bench next to a bunch of guys who work hard and earn their pay the Rockets sent Tracy home to attend a birthday party.

I'm pretty sure this means no more T-mac playing for the Rockets. The fact that the T-bag apologists will blame the Rockets for this situation is amazing. Talk about a cancer on a team full of players who play hard every possession. Why would you make provisions for a guy who quit on you last year and continuously bites the hand that feeds him?

Good luck with that contract Tracy. Glad you have those endorsement deals because your big payday is over.

I laugh at those of you who think he is going to end up on a contender and prove how dominating a player he is. He will be blaming his lack of productivity on crappy teammates in no time flat.

Hit the road, Me-mac. And doncha' come back no more, no more, no more, no more

I just don't think the Princeton offense will win in the NBA. WE're going to end up with the Utah Jazz folks....a perennial also ran.

Someone said that the Princeton offense has produced a contender in the NJ Nets (sorry I can't find the post amongst the 30 pages at the moment)....

Did anyone consider the Nets to be a serious contender either year - against the Spurs or the Lakers? I don't think either of those series went 6 games.

Good luck t-mac. You are a self-absorbed neurotic prima donna....too bad the Rockets couldn't figure out to manage you like Dennis Rodman.

It gets the cancer out of the locker room and leaves everyone off of the bench that doesn't want to play hard and earn their minutes.

Do you really think this is just about him mentioning he would like more time in the media? I highly doubt that.

Logic and McGrady's history tell us what most likely went down was a demand for more playing time behind closed doors. He tried to strong-arm Morey and Adelman and they put him in his place. He's done here but I promise you they would not have handled it this way unless Tracy forced their hand.

I am not talking about Adelman and Morey. I am talking about fans like you.

For the record, McGrady is not "my boy." I have been hoping Morey could trade McGrady sooner to end all these drama. But I also know that Morey is not as dumb as some posters here, ready to get rid of McGrady for nothing just for the sake of it.

I see that you are already celebrating whatever we get out of dealing TMac.
