That's sounds like his last year in Orlando!
Rockets is really unlucky to get this piece of junk.

Tracy won't finish his career in Houston. Does anyone still doubt that?

Don't know if it was this article or another one, but he said he would "commit" to playing the rest of the games.

    Note to Tracy,
Hey Jackhole, you did that when you signed that big fat contract.

    Why is everyone b****ing?
He sat with the coach, GM and the Doctor to figure out a schedule. I think the Rockerts ORganisation and T-mac should have sat down and organised this earlier, but better late than never.

    Oh really?

According to some on here (ahem, GOAT, DaDa, etc.) he was sitting with the coach and GM to confess his extramarital affairs. ;)

I think the Chron's version makes more sense.

Dude, don't go putting words in other peoples' mouths. GOAT didn't say anything about T-Mac confessing his sins to the Rockets organization. Neither did DD. There's speculation that his personal life might be washing over into his game but that's it.

Also, not playing on back to backs is pretty bizarre.

aging? Man he's aging, but that's not the problem. Its that damn knee. When he took his two shots earlier (painkillers or something) this season he played his best games. Just reach the playoffs, get Mcgrady and Artest healthy, and worry about YAO. Anyway i don't care about him (t-mac) resting some games. Yao needs to lead the team in those games, Mcgrady did it last year without him and both are superstars right?

Shaq is a 36 year old center with 4 championship rings while tmac is a 29 year old guard. Only similarity is that both earn roughly the same.

Try telling your boss that you will only come to work 1 of the 2 days when the workload gets heavy. See what he/she says....

Rockets have been spoiling Tracy and he is taking advantage of it. He wants to be a lazy bum in the regular season and just turn it on during playoffs. Problem is this team will still lack chemistry in a tough western conference and his drama will earn Rockets playoff spots and another 1st round exit.

    Heartless gimp.

I really have to dig deep into my soiled underwear to gather whatever respect I have left for this prima donna, Tracy.

Also, i think the SUNS coaching staff are the ones who deciding shaq will sit out inorder to keep him fresh. As far as t-mac it was his idea and the team agreed.

Im ok with him sitting out the back to backs in Jan, Feb, and the beginning of March, but if he cant make the last 2 or 3 back to backs in March and April, we are doomed.

Do you think the team he sits out against will take it personally as a slap in the face and decide to play with extra motivation?

I'm not inferring anything, but don't you think it's kind of dumb to sit down and look at the schedule to decide which games he'll suit up in?

More times than not, trying to manipulate your way around things to your advantage will always find its way back around to kick you in your own ass (you probably know exactly what instances I'm referring to)

The douche should just retire already.

damn 'girls name' has raised his intestinal fortitude to whole new level with this latest claim..... can we send him somewhere to get some balls and heart.....

if you are injured, sit and rehab, if not pony up a play girls name!!!!!!

would we even get 20c in the dollar in a trade for him... maybe we should be talking up his 2010 expiring contract... maybe the Knicks will bite
