I like how he blames Taylor, yet we have a guy 7'6" guy on our team who only averages 8 boards a game! --- Classic.

He never said MoT was the whole problem (he can't board at all but jvg never said that). He said is NOT just one person on the team. The fact is Mo has NEVER been a rebounder, and that his shot isn't falling he is essentially worthless.

This has been covered as nauseum, but I'll buy his system is part of the problem with scoring points (I think it has much more to do with a lack of shooters). His system is NOT causing our rebounding problems. Have you ever heard him interviewed on Tv or the radio? Ever? He talks about rebounding and the need to improve in that area constantly. I doubt someone this concerned about winning the rebounding battle is going to use a system that prevents us from rebounding. Rebounding is about reading the line of the shot (Rodman was awesome at this), hustling to get into position, blocking out, and desire to grab everything in site. Our guys are lacking in this area. I have seen improvement from Yao over the last several games, but our bigs otherwise stink (it should be noted that Deke is a great rebounder and should not be included in the last statement).

NO...I wasn't talking about JVG. I was talking about JONATHAN FEIGEN...which he really didn't straight out blame MoT now that I re-read it...He just Implies that it's MO.

You are correct. The wording though makes it sound like they were 10 points away from holding the Atlanta Hawks to their lowest of the season. "Shy" implies they didn't reach said goal. Anyway, I stand corrected. :)
