Okay! What is it about Joel Osteen that you and Texxx keep comparing him to Obama. Texxx did it twice this last week and now you do it?
This nation could use some ~ The only thing we have to fear is ... not ... ask(ing) what you can do for your country ~ speeches.
The nation needs a strong leader, with experience, who can handle the very tough tasks of dealing with world leaders. McCain is a perfect fit. Obama is in way over his head. How about this scenario to appease the fantasy dreamers: McCain for President Obama to host a radio talk show for inspiration Now everyone is happy, and people's skills are properly matched up to their future jobs.

Jackie, that was a slip of the mouth, a verbal typo. Obviously McCain knows the difference. With respect, that's not a legitimate argument you are making. McCain's foreign policy experience, leadership, and personal sacrifice are without peer. The man can not lift his arms above his head because of how many times the North Vietnamese broke them. All of this was years after he had the chance to go home, but refused to do so unless the other American captives could be freed as well. Not exactly John Forbes Kerry-esque -- the man who rushed home after three superficial flesh wounds to the buttocks.
You are smarter than to believe this often repeated exaggerated interpretation of a quip from McCain. This is not his policy position.
1. The US has not had a go-it-alone policy. Condi Rice has spoken extensively on this topic and how coalitions have been built repeatedly. This is just an example of the libs repeating something often enough that people mindlessly believe it. 2. Obama hasn't even reached the general election for the presidency, and has already cause a foreign policy disaster: <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/uw2XTC1V4fk&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/uw2XTC1V4fk&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
Brilliant. It would be nice, but negotiations offer no certainty at all. " Well, at least we tried..." Obama/Hillary, 2012.
I just saw the Obama health plan commercial. He says that it will save the average family $2,500 per year. What it doesn't tell you is how much the average family will pay in additional taxes to pay for it. If a family saves $2,500 in medical costs, but pays $3,500 in additional taxes, it is misleading to say that they save money.
Because Joel Osteen is a motivational speaker. He inspires people. That is what people keep saying about Obama. It makes him a great motivational speaker, but maybe not the best President. It is a logical comparison...and that's why people keep doing so.
It would be fine to say it once. Then after people show that Obama ALSO HAS SUBSTANCE, and detailed policy information, a solid record of accomplishment in the Senate, has talked about programs requiring people to provide service to the nation in exchange for the help the govt. gives them, and has explained that hope doesn't mean just sitting around for something to happen, but requires actual work, you'd think that motivational speaker label would be dropped by anyone interested in a real and sincere look at candidates and the race at hand. The people who make the accusation never actually show what substance Hillary has that Obama doesn't, they just keep making the accusation.
Seriously, after watching that youtube video concerning Hussein Ubama's Pakistan threat, how can anybody can think he will be good for international relations? This doesn't even mention him announcing that he wouldn't allow any Chinese toys to come into America. This guy is clueless, and the only morons who claim he'll be good for international relations are the ones who are creaming their pants over his motivational speeches. If you want motivational speeches, look to Osteen. If you want a strong leader who knows foreign relations, look to John McCain.
I'm seriously smiling ear to ear at how freaking scared tj and tex are of obama.. its glorious.. never did I think I would see a democrat this generation that would make those two run around like chickenhawks with their heads cut off like this.
I'm scared of what might happen with Hussein Ubama in charge. Nuclear war with Pakistan? Cold War with China? Neither of these are out of the questoin. It's scary, indeed. Keep smiling in your feel-good state that Hussein Ubama's last motivational speech left you in. I'd prefer somebody with substance rather than the half-black Joel Osteen.
I've combined the Trader_Texxx and Mr. NASAgi's shrill rants into a singular message: Hussien Obama will use inexperienced suicide bombers to blow up NASA!!!!!!
