OK, it seems like the 22nd is the date... anyone have a place? We're about two and a half weeks away, so we need to start getting the specifics nailed down, to give everyone ample notice. GutterSnipe, can you check on the court that you guys used last time, and see if it is available again? BigM's place sounds good, but the "park" sounds like the court might be outside, which is a bad idea. I'm going to be fatigued in about 20 minutes if we have to play in the Houston heat. Correct me if I'm wrong about it being outside though, BigM. Also, what does everyone think about the time? I say we do it about 2... late enough for out of towners to make it in if they drive in that day, but early enough that we don't waste the entire day with the game and stuff.
cat- you're right the court is outside which might be too much sun mid-afternoon. i'm just used to it cause i've played there many summer days. 22nd sounds good to me, wherever we decide.
I don't own a bat or glove. I wanna play football if we can too. I'll even play soccer. Maybe if somebody provides horses, we can play polo.

I'm going to go check it out today. Just make sure to drink a ton of water if we play outdoors. B

I went to the park last night, and it is a nice park but I'm not sure how easy it will be to play there. It was really crowded on a Sunday afternoon, and the competition looked much better than the last CC pick up game. Hopefully Guttersnipe will be able to participate and we can play there. B

Any ideas for another indoor court? If we can't find an indoor court by the 16th do we want to just play at Moffit Park? Hopefully someone else has a better idea for where we can play. B
How about that place over in River Oaks near that one Kroger, near that Cafe something, and all them stuff. It's on W Gray, near Shepard. It has a tennis court, and an outdoor thing. I don't know how I can access it though.

DAMN, coming outta work today at 3:00, OOOOOOOOO-WEEEEEEEE, it sure is HOT AS HELL! What to do? I'm down, I can handle heat but those games will be brutal. Also, this time I'm getting in the pool! Hmmm, there sure were some cute lil'honeys out there.
