Wow!!!! Thats a beautiful house. If it were here in the Bay Area your asking price would surely be $2,000,000+ Good luck to you.
Update: Price is down to $409,000. We're aggressively looking to sell now. If you know anyone that might be interested, please pass along.
A few years ago me and my wife went to look at a house and we really liked it. We noticed that the carpet was a different color in one bedroom, which we thought was odd. We found out that an old man had shot and killed himself in that room a few months earlier. Needless to say, we did not buy that house.
You already got a house picked out. I have my agents liscense and I will spit my commision 50/50 with you, usually pays a big portion of the closing costs. I also work for a custom builder who can build from $ 180-600K, and my wife works for David Weekley. Let me know if you want me to help you.
Wow, what a fantastic house! If I wasn't living in NC I would be interested. Can't believe you would leave such a great house.
