Overall, a good list (I've always thought hot 40 year olds were hotter than hot 20 years olds) but one you all have missed is Padma Lakshmi who just turned 40 and has never looked hotter. Honestly, a hot 40 year old typically looks better at 60 than most 20 year olds look at 40. If you're hot at 40, you'll probably age quite well.
I can see Salma and definitely Monica but I have never seen what is so great about Jennifer Tilly. She looks like Renee Zellwegger but with a fatter face, IMO.
Monica and Selma would actually be 1 and 1A on my list. Jennifer Tilly is no where close to either, but here are two good reasons I wouldn't kick her out of bed either.
