I know right. Shes only 14. There are other ways to teach her a less than to ruin her for the rest of her life. Have cops talk to her, take her to a Scared Straight session, but prosecute her? C'mon man!

 

Agreed, prosecuting that girl is ridiculous. There are other ways to limit the amount of child p*rnography floating on the interwebs.

 

A good start would be to disable KAM's internet access.

 

QUESTION: If in 15 years from now these pictures gets plastered all around her place of business or at her kids school . . . .would she have a case to 'sue' the tool that did it. . . or is it gonna be just another example of your 'frivolous' childhood coming back to haunt you so suck it up?

Sometimes the law needs to protect kids from themselves.

I agree, but there has to be a better way to do it than prosecuting a stupid kid for doing something....well, stupid....like this.

When an adult sends nude pictures of teenagers around, that's pretty much the textbook definition of child p*rnography.

 

Some kid is going going to send the pics to her teacher or someone she wants to get in trouble.

 

Charges ordered by judge to be dropped.
