been hearing about it but have no seen it IT FOLLOWS burned me . . .did not find it scary at all Rocket River
I loved it. It's a very slow burn which might turn some off, but I thought it was great. Directing, lighting, score, and acting were all really well done. 9/10 for me. FWIW...I found this to be a much better movie than It Follows. It Follows was fun, but not all that interesting or creepy.
thought it was dope also. same score... 9/10. there was not one weak actor in this flick. it did take me a good 20 mins to settle into the elizabethan language. it's been years since i've read any and hearing it is more difficult imo.
Supposedly satanists have endorsed this film so a bunch of religious people downvoted this on Cinemascore, IMDB, and other movie sites that aggregate user ratings before it even came out today.
pretty boring wish i had watched something else. ending was lame as hell, but that girl had a nice round ass. had to be an ass double. overall would not recommend. 5.9/10
I felt like it had potential but didn't end up enjoying it as much as I thought I would. Dragged in a lot of parts
Saw it. Liked it. I thought the dialog was tough to understand clearly at times. The character development was excellent, acting was very good, the story was good, and wasn't obvious or cheesy. I will say it didn't go as I had thought it would for better or for worse, and it wasn't as startling as the trailers led me to believe. I can't say I loved the ending. Still, pretty creepy and scary, and very well done in general. All in all I would give it a 7/10, though that might be a tiny bit generous.
I rank the past few horrors: The Conjuring, Babadook, It Follows, The Witch Any other good horrors I'm missing the past 3 years?
