Just taking a quick look and not sitting down and translating this - it looks like someone's BBS posting and/or some sort of opinion piece instead of any news.

Basic summary because I'm too lazy to translate the entire thing:

author is excited - has been waiting a long time for this day (I assume it's the TMac/Stevie trade)

He doesn't believe that a big name/big contract point guard will be picked up this year because of our contract situation, but he believes that instead of Cato, we need a quick shot blocking power player - Dalembert

Also wants Rafer in to run the point - 3 point shooting blah blah blah

Seriously, this is making my brain hurt. There's nothing here that isn't repeated on the BBS 20 million times.
