You're insane and clearly not a fan of the Rockets. We beat a very good Blazers team and should be extremely proud of winning that series considering we had a 20+ million dollar no-show distracting the team at every opportunity.

What if Yao can get a defensive rebound on a dude 9 inches shorter in the very same game.

The rockets would win that series with or without McGrady.

Too much talent for the Blazers.

Wow, I didn't realize how butt hurt tinman is.

It's really starting to freak me out.

He should go see a psychologist or something.

Tmac didn't win a playoff series his entire career so far including the year the Rockets beat the Blazers without him. If it's so insignificant that shows how much Mcgrady sucks to never have led a team out of the first round.

"And that team – without me, without Yao in most of the playoffs – they made it to the second round and took the Lakers to seven games."

He is implying Yao is just like him and did not win a playoff series because "without Yao most of the playoffs" while the truth is Yao played every game in the Blazers series and played 3 games in the Lakers series. How is playing 9 games out of 13 "without Yao in most of the playoffs". It's just simple misinformation to take credit away from Yao when Mcgrady know very well Yao played most of the playoffs and the entire 1st round

Yeah well going by your logic, I suppose Grant Hill always sucked as well because he never led his team out of the first round until he rode the coattails of Nash, J-Rich, and Stoudemire.

ROFL, some people will try to stretch whatever they hear to make it seem like the guy is the devil. Do you honestly think that was a comment directed at bashing Yao? In fact, I think he's trying to over emphasize the point to say, had both he and Yao been there the entire playoffs, they would have gone much further. He counts it as a REGRET of his career. You people are crazy. Seriously, if McGrady said "I'm sorry Rockets organization, blah blah, Rockets were great, I screwed up, blah I hope fans will maybe appreciate the earlier time I was there."

You, your brother jo mama, and everyones favorite senile grandfather tinman would be quick to jump on him thinking he did any sort of good season for this organization.

I agree with Baller, some of you guys have a unhealthy obsession with T-Mac to the point where you feel the need to bring up, and rehash the past in almost every thread about him. You guys tell people to move on, yet the main posters that are always bringing up McGrady is jo mama and tinman. I think its a feeling of insecurity, in a sense a way to blame the tmac for the Rockets current struggles. Because seriously, if someone posts "good game tmac had tonight," those two that CANNOT forget anything of the past bring up the same DAMN things over and over and over again.

I don't expect a dignified response, they'll both just spout the same BS over again (watch them take offense to me calling their posts BS, and post the same Toronto video which we've seen 100 times.) He quit in that game, agreed. But he did more for this franchise than that damn game. But it doenst matter, they wont even read my whole post. They'll pinpoint a key word and then post the same crap over again.

It's not the T-mac followers that need to move on, its you two. Get a grip over yourselves, and learn that we've moved on from McGrady as a ROCKET. His time with us ran out, and we parted ways getting back a decent piece or two. What does it matter though, when two people are SO BLIND in whats in front of them that they'll keep on bringing up the same things from the past over and over again when it has no relevance to the topic of McGrady on the damn Pistons, that they're the type of people that cant see the fault in their ways. Those are the worst type of people, the ones that spout the same crap over, and don't realize they're doing anything wrong.

MOVE ON, TMAC AS A ROCKET IS DONE. This is him as a Piston. If you want to bash him for that, go right ahead, but stop bringing up the same damn crap over and over again with no relevance to the topic or sight for what's going on, or what went on in front of your damn eyes.

I'm quoting Tracy McGrady so it belongs.

RTM posted this Tracy quote and he's clearly talking about his Rockets days here.

So I don't care what you think of me, I'm like Tmac at the Toyota Center this year. keeping booing.

But at LEAST READ your fellow tracy fans article before you start contemplating talking about the tinman.

"It is what it is" -tmac

Its the SAME exact type posts in the other McGrady as a PISTON thread.

Mine was more directed at that, I shoulda have posted there, but don't want to derail that thread as much. Its the same crap over again. Honestly nothing the guy says would be taken in a positive/neutral light.

The article RTM posted clearly is about Tmac talking about his 'what ifs' back when he was a Rocket
Reminding people of that the year he was talking about is the year he kept saying 'he was back' and the year he told SI, he "never had a tim duncan".

obviously he's thinking about himself a lot since he wants to apologize to himself.

I just want to make the facts are straight
