Brad impresses every time I hear his interviews. Really glad he was picked up, he is gonna be very valuable with that 2nd unit and the chemistry of the team. The fact that he can teach Yao and all the young guys the system is great, a added bonus. Plus he knows his role and is seen as a teammate and a mentor. Rick couldn't have found a better backup or fit. This was much better than gutting our team for Bosh. Btw, I can see Brad and Yao on the court at the same time for small stints. Mainly in the playoffs though where the tempo slows down and becomes more of a 1/2 court game.
