"YOOL" is what I have heard.

And this is fantastic news. It's hard to translate Euro metrics to NBA metrics but he seems to be a crafty scorer and has a great sense for space and passing. Unclear how he will be on defense against the world's best PGs but whether as a starter or 6th man, he could be a solid contributor.

I think this means that Big Papa's 4 million non-guaranteed salary next year is likely to be waived?

Would rather have Lull then a inconsistent Lin return. And it took me so long to dig through the troll post for real posts... I spend a 3rd of the time less since the Lin trolls left.

Didn't see any playmaking. He's basically doing Harden's role. What gives

He's a poor man's VSpan with no defense. no thanks. Would not offer more than 1.5M a year. Bev will just start again after a few games.

Slow first step, no handles, shaky floaters a la Rafer, sloppy layups, no athleticism. Why people are so high on him?

So what would be a comp for Llull in the NBA?

Better off letting Pap develop a dribble and becoming a point forward to be honest. Pap can playmake.

You got that from a highlight mix? You're trying pretty hard not to like him.

Pap will be ready in 3 years, if he develops at all. Lull is ready now. He'll just need some games to get used to the speed/style.

Remember all the analysis everyone did for Lin's 5-5-15 or 8/yr.
Look at the PG salaries in the 5 to 8 mil / yr range.
5-6 mil/ yr is the going rate. PGs lately have been overpaid cause everyone needs them to compete in the PG-centric league.
    This is a reasonable offer.
And Llull can ball so hard. This is great news. Llull is Pau level of good.

It would be great for this season if Bev's out. He can replace Bev's toughness and energy at least. He can score too.
