    The team concept means that everyone understands their role and performs it. Some roles will be of greater importance than others.

    The Rockets signed EJ out of loyalty, and gave him a minimum contract, because he was supposed to retire and suddenly decided to play another year.

    Rudy never played him and he was disgruntled all year long.
