Sure there is. The guy can pay 5-15k a month for a house but has no credit or w2's to back it up. Hmmmm
the post below this one really took what little wind my joke had out of its sails and then kind of then ripped up the sails and peed on them.
please keep my family in your prayers. Sounds like my brother is about to give up because no one in the family can get approved for a mortgage for him and I turned him down. I think he's trying to get something positive out of a mortgage lender by then end of the business day today. Sadly the bank is saying they would give my neice a $100k mortgage (which would just about cover the balance come Feb. 2014) if she didn't have her car loan which she just got. My brother sounded like he was at the end of his rope about to give up and lose everything earlier today when I spoke to him. Im currently waiting on a callback from a lender who does manual underwriting for advice. I'll update this thread when I found out more.
It's not a life/health situation, but the 3 homes he is about to lose are occupied by 3 families. One is my niece and her 2 kids (2 yr old, 1 yr old) and a disabled man and his wife who helps my brother out at the club who is living in house #3 rent free.
So, he can afford $5,000 to pay for the house he has the construction loan on, but is about to lose two other houses? What is the problem with those two houses?
With no credit, the original loan took out by the home builder was based and agreed upon that the other 2 houses that are completely paid for would be thrown into the contract as collateral. This was needed for the home builder to agree to do the deal.
are you asking clutchfans for more than just prayers, or do you just really like sharing your credit situation and latest financial scheme?
