i think the only people who've said that so far are people who are unsure about god. :)

but i understand that canned, simplistic answers are handed out way too often by the Church. i'd apologize for all of it if i had the authority to.

    I strongly disagree.

The Rockets are my team. Rockets = Good
    Jazz = BAD!

Yes, if by "liberal attitude" you mean logic, as exhibited by such posters as MadMax, rhester, (our resident preacher extraordinaire), and imadrumyourmom2k.

As long as we figure out your peculiar semantic system, there's hope of communicating with you.

you're exactly right, ima. i really shouldn't question it since i'm not them and be happy for them that they find comfort in their beliefs.

eta: sorry if that sounds sarcastic, i don't mean it that way.

to entertain the question is a good idea, i think. maybe you don't ask the guy who says it right after he gets up off his death bed...but asking the question of yourself is natural and good, i think.

Apparently the guy is also a racist.

They found a bumper sticker on his car that said "My Boss is a Jewish Carpenter"

So if this was at CHOCHKE's, would the guy still be fired?

:D That's what she SAI-- oops, this is the D&D. So let me change it a little...

I sincerely would like to view this comment as one that would mean that a female is opposed to the idea of being attracted to an item of her liking but she would not be attracted to enjoying its use because it is not as hard she expected, so she states this.

Dude, you might as well have said "the sky is blue" or "leaves fall from deciduous trees in the autumn."

I'm kind of late to the thread (other than my joke about Home Depot's service earlier), but something bothers me about it. I feel like a lot of people are judging this guy as a shallow Christian, with no evidence either way. I don't own a single "Jesus t-shirt", but some of the best Christians I know do. This guy might be a cross-and-flag-only Christian, or he might spend all of his time off helping the poor, sick, homeless, widows, and single moms. I'd rather not make any assumptions.

Actually this has been addressed pretty well.

the article indicates his lawsuit against them is imminent. awesome.

    ^ :( Page unread FAIL.

Let me go back to someone's question about the BURQA thing... I have NEVER seen a person with a burqa working ANYWHERE. Anyone else? I am being serious.
