Heath and/or his doctors are not very bright. I'm not sure what his doctor(s) know or didn't know but the combination of pills he was taking was just insane. I would have never attempted to take all those various pills close to the same time. Anyone with common sense should have had a light bulb go off when their taking xanax, hydrocodone, valium, and oxycodone...along with sleeping agents...at or near the same time. That's just plain dumb and/or ignorant. I can see why people would be wondering aloud if he committed suicide. I guess noone learned a damn thing from the death of Anna Nicole or her son. It's a shame.
I remember reading that some of the pills were prescribed in the US and others in the UK, that could explain how he could get past doctor's and pharmacists with that deadly mix. I can see why he'd be on the sleep meds and the anti anxiety drugs, but I assume he was probably abusing the pain killers, Rush Limbaugh style.
Each doctor should have been aware of any prescribed meds Heath was taking. If they just prescribed meds out of the blue like that not knowing the patient history, then that is crazy. That's just inexcusable.
Like I said, I think he was abusing the pain killers and if need be, I'm sure there are doctor's out there who write up unnecessary prescriptions.
One more possibility, which may have been mentioned earlier in this thread: he could've taken some pills (already more then necessary), and then forgot he took so many and then popped some more. I've heard of people losing their memory after taking pills, forgetting the pill that got them into that state in the first place!
Which pretty much says he was looking for the drugs. If he was honestly using them because of he actually required them, then he would have disclosed it. You don't just forget what meds you are on. My guess also was that he was abusing the pain killers. The anti anxiety and sleeping pills seem to correlate with the high stress and lack of sleep he was getting while filming the dark knight and that dylan movie
I first saw Heath Ledger in 10 Things I Hate About You. Seemed way overqualified for that movie. It was like having Eddie Vedder be a member of Good Charlotte RIP Heath
Classic... "Accidental overdose" When will they let us know what all kinds of illegal drugs the masseuse Diana Wolozin flushed after getting instructions from Michelle Tanner?? I can't believe how they attempt to clean up one's image after your no longer breathing...
