    Not to bring this to the D and D, but you thinknwe couldn't do that to them first? I'm sure our capabilities are a lot more advanced than theirs. We just don't get caught. Look at the Snowden thing for example....most likely, the US could literally break into any electronic systems North Korea has and do some serious damage if it came to it.

    There's not need though.
